Jubilee Year of Hope

On Christmas Eve, Pope Francis will open the Holy Doors at St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, which will officially begin the 2025 Jubilee Year of Hope. Every 25 years, the Universal Church proclaims an Ordinary Jubilee Year to encourage the faithful to embark on a pilgrimage–both spiritual and, if possible, physical– in order to re-encounter Christ and be renewed in His love.
